Our products are digital files, delivered instantly by link. Every one of them comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

7-day money-back guarantee

If it is not for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, and no questions about why. You do not have to bake anything first, and you do not have to show us a loaf.

• It covers every product we sell: the book and everything that ships with it, the add-ons you ticked at checkout and the add-ons you bought right after your order.
• You can ask for one product or for the whole order. The 7 days run from the purchase of each product.
• When we refund a product, its download links stop working, it leaves your library and your license to use it ends; for a video course, the course page stops opening. Please delete the files you downloaded.

After 7 days

After the guarantee period we still refund, in full or for the product concerned, when:

• Duplicate order: you were charged twice for the same product.
• Defective file: the file is corrupted or does not open, and we cannot supply a working replacement within 3 business days of your email.
• Not delivered: you never received a working download link and we cannot resend one that works.

This does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your state or country that cannot be excluded.

What the guarantee is not

We refund the price of the product. We do not pay for ingredients, equipment or anything else you bought to bake from it, and a refund is not a promise about how any recipe turns out. See the Terms of Sale.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, with your order number if you have it. We answer within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

If you bought from outside the United States, Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase: Stripe may also handle your refund request directly and applies any cancellation right the consumer law of your country gives you for digital content. Our 7-day guarantee applies on top of those rights.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we will provide the bank with the order and download records. Please write to us first: within 7 days the refund is guaranteed, and it is faster for everyone.
